I was surprised how good the cornbread was after trying when samples were dropped off at my car shop for customers to check out. I told Hope that my customers might not get any if I keep walking by the table to randomly eat. I usually don't like cornbread because it's so dry but that was different. Definitely recommend.

I ordered the jalapeño and the classic cornbread for Thanksgiving dinner that I hosted for about 30 people, and it ended up being the surprise favorite of the night. Out of everything on the table, it was the dish people kept coming back to. It’s incredibly good, moist, flavorful, and somehow both unique and really comforting at the same time. It felt homemade in the best way, but better than anything I could have made myself. By the end of the night, several people asked where it came from because they wanted to order it for their own gatherings or keep some in their freezer. At a Thanksgiving table with that much food, the fact that everyone kept talking about the cornbread says a lot.

This is hands down the best cornbread I’ve ever had! The balance between sweet and savory is just right and the bread is somehow both soft and thick, just how I like it! It’s so good you’ll consume the whole pan in one sitting and then question your life choices for a second…but then you’ll decide it was totally worth it! 😂😁

Never have been a big fan of cornbread at all. Always too dry or grainy. I come from New Orleans where cornbread and red beans and rice go together like milk and cereal. The first bite of this and I felt like I've been missing out on something spectacular my whole life. Now I can eat this as a snack or even a treat! Even had me scraping for the crumbs. Lol!

I looked Hope in the face and told her that "I don't like cornbread." I meant it. It is never a pleasant experience needing to douse my throat with some form of liquid to avoid the inevitable choking sensation while eating it. Cornbread is crude, lifeless and oftentimes a culinary abomination. Hope looked me in the face, and said that she "promised" I would like her cornbread. I did not believe her. Our friendship was momentarily on the line. After repeatedly telling me that she makes incredible cornbread, wanting me to try it, I gave in and accepted her proposal. I am known to my friends as a "straight-shooter." It is very hard for me to lie with a straight face when it comes to food regardless of who made it. So please allow me to proclaim to the world that Hope has made the first cornbread I have ever tried that I don't just like....I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT! <3 It is soft. It has great texture, and tastes incredible! I immediately ordered for myself and ate the entire order in one business day! It is truly THAT good. I plan order many more batches to share with my family when I visit them because they are not going to believe how good this cornbread is. And I come from a cooking family so, believe me when I say, if I am willing to share this cornbread with MY family, it has to be TRULY SPECIAL. You will not be disappointed if you try it!
PS - I still f#@!ing hate cornbread. Just not Hope's.
